We are required to complete certain steps before we may facilitate direct contact or the provision of contact information between a United States client and a foreign national client. One of these steps is providing the foreign national client with a consent form authorizing us to release her personal contact information to the specific United States client. We do not provide any guarantee that the foreign national client will sign the consent form. There are no refunds.
9. Obey the Laws
You agree not to participate in any form of prostitution, pornography, or human trafficking. You understand that Love From Abroad is an International Marriage Broker operating in full compliance with the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA), and caters to clients who seek a legitimate relationship. You agree not to violate any laws in regards to the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act, and you agree not to violate any laws in the countries where we operate.

You agree not to participate in any form in the crime of pimping. You agree not to participate in any way to promote, induce, facilitate, recruit or submit other persons to commercial sexual exploitation activities.
12. Do Not Promote Sexual Activity

We don’t guarantee that the visa will be approved by the United States government or that the fianc(é)e will properly cooperate with the process. The assistance is for one person only, the Fianc(é)e.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
You agree that any legal dispute between you and Love From Abroad concerning or arising in any way out of these Terms, any purchase from Love From Abroad, any communications between you and Love From Abroad, or your participation in any other service provided by Love From Abroad shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration from the American Arbitration Association. You understand and agree that you and Love From Abroad are waiving the right to sue or go to court to assert or defend your rights.
